Privacy Policy
A plain-language description of data that may be processed when you visit or email SimVPN.com.

Scope
This policy describes the SimVPN.com website and messages sent to [email protected]. SimVPN.com is an informational publisher. It does not sell SIM cards, eSIM profiles, phone service, VPN accounts, or advertising profiles through this website.
Information processed during a visit
A web server or hosting provider may create standard technical logs when it delivers a page or file. Logs can include an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, user-agent string, referring page, and security or performance events. These records are normally used to operate the site, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate demand.
The site's custom front-end code does not create an account, shopping cart, comment profile, contact-form submission, or newsletter record. It does not intentionally set first-party advertising cookies. Hosting, security, caching, or content-delivery infrastructure may process technical data according to the configuration used by the site operator.
External resources
Pages may request web fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from jsDelivr so that GSAP and Three.js enhancements can load. A request to an external provider can expose technical connection data such as an IP address, requested resource, time, and user agent to that provider. The core text, navigation, images, and layout remain available when those optional enhancements fail, and motion can be limited with a device's reduced-motion setting.
Articles link to external primary sources, platform documentation, public agencies, and provider pages. Following an external link takes you to a different operator with its own privacy practices. SimVPN.com does not control those sites.
When you email [email protected], the message can include your email address, display name, message content, headers, attachments, and any information you choose to provide. Messages may be retained as needed to answer, document a correction, prevent abuse, or meet operational and legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, SIM identifiers, activation QR codes, one-time codes, recovery codes, carrier PINs, or full phone numbers. SimVPN.com does not need those secrets to review an editorial question.
Cookies and analytics
This static website is designed to function without a first-party analytics dashboard or behavioral advertising script. A hosting provider may still use essential security, load-balancing, or abuse-prevention technology. This policy should be updated before optional analytics, advertising, personalization, or account features are added.
Retention and security
Technical logs and email are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, correspondence, corrections, and applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security. Access should be limited, systems maintained, and unnecessary data avoided.
Your choices
You can browse without creating an account or submitting a form. You can block JavaScript, external fonts, or CDN requests with browser controls, although animation and three-dimensional enhancements may not appear. You can contact the site by email about access, correction, or deletion of information you previously sent, subject to authentication and legitimate retention needs.
Children
The site is intended as general technical education and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information can contact the privacy address.
Changes and contact
Material changes should be reflected in the effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include “Privacy request” in the subject line and avoid sensitive account credentials.
